The transport of your package:

We also deliver to Belgium , Switzerland , Canada or other countries, the shipping cost is calculated automatically.

choose a new delivery date to your home (within 6 days), or to collect
your package at the La Poste pick-up point of your choice,

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send it back to us
( having imperatively made a return request by email to contact [at] directhoverboard. ), in perfect condition and in its original packaging (blister closed), shipping costs being understood at the customer's expense, in a 7 working days after receipt of the item , we will then proceed to an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and return costs) according to your choice.
Beyond the withdrawal period (7 working days), no refund or exchange is accepted.
